The intention of every session is to move you rapidly toward your goals and dream life as quickly as possible. While you might be challenged in these sessions, you are always heard. You'll never be pushed or judged, know that you're always safe here to make your own decisions and do things your own way and in your own timing.

How It Works
Half Day Intensive
We begin your coaching journey with a half day intensive coaching session to gain clarity and get you moving quickly into your best path forward. During this coaching intensive, we set a goal for your coaching journey and a general plan on how to accomplish it.
Weekly Coaching
Then we move into weekly 90 minute transformational coaching sessions. Because we go deep, some sessions can be powerful and intense. At the end of each call we will strategize your plan of action for the week ahead.
Final Session
On your last session we will celebrate your wins and create a strategic plan for your future. At the end of your package we decide together if it makes sense to keep your spot and continue coaching. Many clients stay with me for multiple years.
